Mobile Home Grant Repair Program
The Program provides grants of up to $5,000 to mobile homeowners for minor home repairs and improvements.
To be eligible, an applicant's income must not exceed 80% of median income*. However, if the owner sells or changes registered ownership within one (1) year after the work is completed, the owner must repay 100% of the grant.
