Elderly/Special Needs Minor Repair Grant Program
The Program provides grants of up to $1,000 to elderly or special needs homeowners for minor home repairs. To be eligible, an applicant’s income must not exceed 80% of median income*, be a senior citizen (age 60), disabled, handicapped or be a recipient of S.S.I.
